Mommy Too! was created in October 2003 by Jennifer James to counter the dearth of parenting information relevant to moms of color and their families. Since day one our motto has always been: We’re mommies, too! That said, we have created a place where black mothers can come, network, converse and discuss parenting and motherhood.

With blog posts updated five days a week that focus on topics from pregnancy to family and work issues, Mommy Too! is one of the most sought out resources for mothers of color across the country and around the world. Mommy Too! has been been featured in Black Enterprise, Business Week, American Baby, Essence, Upscale, BET.com, ABCNews.com, the Boston Globe, and Women’s E-News.
